To be successful abroad, you have to stop acting so damn grown up.
To be fair, adults are fully developed physically and cognitively. They have learned the social rules and behaviors. Adults can concentrate for long periods of time. They have spent a lifetime gathering experiences.
Yet, when you are beginning to adapt to a new culture, this does not apply.
You haven´t yet mastered whom to kiss and when, the secret handshake, or how to bow. You haven´t yet learned the social rules and expected norms. Your concentration is absorbed by a thousand new things a day. You simply have limited experience in this context.

Find out exactly which strategies we can borrow from toddlers that will help you thrive abroad right here in this 90 second video.
