Lack of confidence can be detrimental to our ability to create change in our lives. Even though we may be competent and have skills that we have honed over years, if we lack confidence in ourselves, we hold ourselves back from putting them to work where they are most needed, and block ourselves from achieving our goals. In today’s episode, I’m focusing on how to get your confidence back. I look at recent research on confidence and its correlation with success, and outline five ways to build your confidence. Putting these strategies to work, you can brush aside the obstacles standing in your way, and get to work on the things you care about most.
