Alicia Giblett
About This Member of Global Coach Coalition
Alicia has spent a decade educating international school students across elementary and middle school as an elementary classroom teacher, middle school design teacher, ICT teacher, educational technology specialist, and even at times, a librarian and performing arts teacher.
She met her British husband in Bangladesh and gave birth to her son in Austria. Every year was a new adventure - spanning 9 “homes”, 4 countries and 3 continents in 11 years. Constantly changing, moving and reinventing, Alicia understands transitions.
Desiring to continue working with students but on a deeper level in the areas of mental, emotional and social health and well being, Alicia left the classroom and undertook one more transition - a professional one! Alicia is passionate about working with International School Teachers, Parents of TCKs and TCKs themselves to support them in leaving well, arriving well and living well abroad.

Hélène Raison
About This Member of Global Coach Coalition
At age 15, Hélène, French by birth, left her rural county to start a journey of back-and-forth abroad experiences. She also experienced the “tough repat” experiences. She has lived in France, Pennsylvania and Texas in the USA, Mexico, South Africa, and recently repatriated to Lyon, France.
After years in banking, she made a switch to be more of service to others. She has worked for organizations whose main drivers are empowerment and social and economic inclusion. She is a certified coach.
From her expat life, she loves navigating between groups, like an "outsider within," investing herself where she lives as much as she can to dig in the new culture she encounters and create bridges of understanding.
She has incorporated her love for questioning through all of her work to ensure there is a clear call to action that helps her clients thrive in who they want to be.

Kim Adams
Mentoring Families Abroad
Creator of the Expat Family Connection podcast, Kim is on a mission to raise a healthier generation of Third Culture Kids - and the parents who raise them. She loves learning through reading, which helps her feel prepared - even for the unknowable - and wants to put that to good use by sharing it with others.
She’s given birth in every country she’s lived in so far (does that mean it’s time to stop moving?!?!) and brings her experience guiding families through vulnerable periods to her work as a licensed practitioner of Adapt and Succeed Abroad.
Kim understands international schools from the inside (due to her husband’s job as a teacher and now administrator) and outside (as a parent). She’s experienced the difference between living in a city with an excellent expat support network, and one where there’s virtually no support. Kim is committed to help you bridge the gap to have the support you need.

Nic Scholtysik
About This Member of Global Coach Coalition
Nic is a ThirdCultureKid (TCK) turned serial-expat who recently moved to her 7th country. She’s living the multi-cultural married life and raising 2 TCKs in Sweden. In her podcast A Home Worth Having she explores belonging and how we can create it when we’re living an international life. Her own expertise lies in interior design and how to create space that makes us think and feel good about ourselves and what ‘enoughness’ is for each of us individually.
Nic rooted her design work in the idea of essentialism and sustainability: “As little as possible, but as much as needed to feel complete and satisfied.” She prides herself in designing spaces that don’t pose for social (media) likes, but that make life for her clients easier by focusing on their personality and the future memories they yet want to have. She helps first time expat families make their life abroad a mindful and savoring experience from the start. For experienced long-term expats/immigrants, Nic supports those who are ready to stop pretending their experience is temporary and fully dive into designing what their settledness should look and feel like.

About This Member of Global Coach Coalition
Sandra Corona has resided in Saudi Arabia for the past 7 years. She sees herself as an Ologist. With nearly two decades of experience Facilitating and developing Partnership experiences for International Assignees she calls herself an ExpatOlogist. Coming from a Latin background, she knows what it’s like to be raised in a multicultural household. Throughout the years, she understood that the feeling of not-belonging was not related to color, race or country. She continues to work on her courage, honesty, empathy and on the way, she looks forward to encouraging those that could possibly feel excluded or stuck while adjusting to life abroad or with every life move.
