Life in Transit Hub
Welcome to our global pod. Feel at home, everywhere you go. Our international community is a positive, inclusive, and solution-oriented place for anyone hungry for change and connection. We're a purpose squad and this is our clubhouse.
I celebrated my eighth business anniversary by uniting women from across the world for a one-of-a-kind intergenerational experience. Then, with no topic off-limits, I facilitated deep conversations where these remarkable women shared their hard-earned knowledge to benefit each other.
The Ultimate Ambitious Transformation
Perhaps the most ambitious transformation I can imagine is an equitable and inclusive world; a global community that respects the richness of the cultural, language, ethnic, racial, physical ability, sexual orientation, gender, age, and national diversity of its members.
Under the guidance of Trudi Lebron and the Institute for Equity Centered Coaching, I am on a mission to ensure that justice, equity, diversity, and inclusivity practices are embedded in my organization. I am committed to Sundae Schneider-Bean LLC's own transformation into an anti-racist, equity-centered business and that its leadership lives these values. When in doubt, our company policy is to stand by the side of social justice and equity principles.
We are all on a learning journey, and we will all make mistakes. We welcome your suggestion on how we can do better right here.
I consistently reinvest a portion of the business results to support causes close to my heart. I also use my voice as a platform to raise awareness of important issues within my communities. These include advocating for women-owned businesses, BLM, transgender rights, and destigmatizing mental health.
Additionally, I am a long-standing supporter of Kiva -- a non-profit which crowdfunds loans that expand financial access to help underserved communities thrive.
